As we near that time of year when we send our kids back to school it is appropriate for us to arm them with the spiritual tools they will need to succeed in their academic and personal careers. This is particularly true when our grown kids head out the door to university life. Few kids and even fewer parents are truly prepared for the challenges to faith our kids will experience once they’ve left the (hopefully) safe harbor of the home. But, glory to God, the Orthodox Christian Fellowship chapters across the country have been made a faith-centered university experience possible for thousands upon thousands of Orthodox college youth, arranging rides to services, providing Christ-centered fellowship, and inviting local clergy in to provide much-needed spiritual support to Orthodox college youth at the time they most desperately need it.
